1. All Stars baseball. Taylor made allstars this year and we have had either practice or a game every day. Good job buddy! I'm proud of you!
2. We keep passing strep throat around. In the last 3 weeks 4 of my kids have had it. So, far Jeffrey is the only one left standing. I had to take 2 kids in on Sat, but the crazy thing is they got sick 10 hours apart so I had to go twice- once at 2pm and again at 10 pm-argg! Another very irritating thing... both the rapid strep tests came back neg, but the dr. put Brett on antibiotics cause "his throat just looks like strep". However, he didn't put Taylor on them cause "his throat wasn't as impressive as Brett's". Taylor started feeling better yesterday evening- which was a good thing cause his week long scout camp started this morning. So, off he goes this morning at 7:30 am. I felt like telling the leaders "don't lose him! "- I'm getting off track... At 11:30 the dr.'s office calls - Taylor's cuture came back positive for strep! I say, "oh no! I just sent him off to a week long scout camp. The nurse says, "well, he needs to be on antibiotics"...REALLY?! That's the whole reason I huried him to the dr. after he complained of a sore throat, headache, and fever. The best laid plans...
3. It's been raining for a month. We haven't even put on a swimsuit yet and it's July 2 days! It's been a very different summer that's for sure!

Ohhhhhh, he has strep after all! Ahhhhhhhhh! Have fun getting up to camp to give it to him! I think we even discussed this scenario yesterday. We need to stop discussing things because they are coming true!
Some one needs to tell Jeremy and the three boys on the top row that you are supposed to look very angry in your all star baseball team photo.
When my sister gets strep her ears swell up disgustingly, it is truly a sight. She also gets hives all over, I must admit I laughed the first time I saw it. Sorry to hear about all your boys, but just think, it could be swine flu (H1N1, sorry). Hope it is all done for you!
Oh man, Finn's comment is hilarious. When I looked at that picture I thought, "Why isn't anyone smiling?" and then I looked at Jeremy. Sorry to hear about the sickies, although, it doesn't surprise me in the least bit.
When your boys are in the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, and my boys are tossing pitches and hitting the trees, I'm going to say "Aren't you glad Robbins blood overwhelms Paulsen unbelievable lack of coordination."
Oh the joys of summertime with five boys, hope Jeffy didn't get to share.
Boys' sports are so busy!
And what a pain at the doctor's office!
